Which shipping methods are available?
We use International Registered Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship worldwide, however all customers are responsible to get his/her tobaccos into his/her country since tobacco laws vary from a country to another.
How long the order takes to delivery?
We are happy that our delivery rate is approximately 95%.
Our shipments arrive to destination country approx. within 3-5 business days (not to the BUYER). Because we cannot have any information about delivery time for local postal service as well as customs procedures.
Some local customs starts the customs clearance process late and unfortunately we don’t know the reason.
So, all customers must be aware of their local customs laws.

We support most of payment methods as below;

We are looking for payment provider for Credit Card which accept tobacco payments online but most of them don’t accept.
So we have no credit card options on our website.
We will inform all customers when it is available.

We are procuring all products directly and only from Official Importer.
All tobaccos are stored in a Bonded Warehouse. Bonded warehouse is duly controlled by Customs and relevant governmental agencies. Not paying any duties and taxes as we are located in a Bonded Warehouse and thanks to this we can provide you the top quality tobaccos for an affordable price.
Will I pay Import TAX when the order arrives the destination country?
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that; all products are in Bonded Warehouse and not subject to Customs Duties and VAT for shipper. That’s the reason of our lower price than other sites.
Please be aware that your delivery may also be subject to customs duties and taxes, over which we have no control, and which MUST be borne by you.

Where do you ship the orders from?
DIRECTLY OFFICIAL IMPORTERS
We are procuring all products directly and only from Official Importer and directly shipped use drop shipping service.
Shipments are completed from Non-European countries.
So all customers must be aware of their local customs laws.
Is buying on-line safe?
We are a part of Maduro Group of Companies and have been working on tobacco market since 2010.
So you can always place an order on our website with safety
Do you declare the orders as "Tobacco"?
We don’t declare your order as a “Tobacco” due to customs problem you may experience.
If you want it to be declared as “Tobacco”, please add it to the NOTE section in checkout page.

Where is my order? Not yet delivered...
Our shipments arrive the destination country (NOT to the buyer. We are unable to give our customers a guaranteed delivery time because orders are “Tobacco”.) approximately within 3-5 business days.
But;
If there is still no update regarding your order, it is due to one or more of the following reasons;
*** Your order has arrived at the local customs, but customs clearance has not been started yet.
Some local customs starts the customs clearance process late and unfortunately we don’t know the reason.
Some shipments are processed with a delay and the delivery time may be extended up to 40 days.
*** Orders may also be subject to customs problems and some countries’ customs don’t accept tobacco products and mark as “Return to Sender. Item contains prohibited contents”. So your order will be rejected and returned. Please read Return Policy for details.
*** Orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes or seizure over which we have no control, and which MUST be borne by customers.
As we mentioned on our Shipping Policy, Terms&Conditions and in the checkout section just before placing an order;

Still no update about my order tracking status for UK!
Your order is arriving to destination customs within 3-5 days after dispatch from origin country.
BUT
You will not be seeing any update before UK Customs begins processing your order. At this step Royal Mail will not still be updated and that’s why you cannot see an update on tracking details.
When will my tracking status of order for UK will be updated?
First of all, you should know that your order is TOBACCO.
As we stated during the completion of your order on checkout section, all customers must be aware of their local customs laws before place an order.
When UK Customs begins processing your order there are two possibilities;
• UK Customs begins processing your order and its cleared successfully (Package passes customs without any problem.) and handled to local transfer center for delivery to you (This period takes 5-30 days and depending on customs workload and speed. This period is completely beyond our control).
After clearance from customs Royal Mail is updated and you will be able to track your order. It will be delivered soon.
• UK Customs begins processing your order, but it cannot pass (According to UK Customs law tax or some other situation might cause it).
If this happens, your order tracking status will not be updated.
UK Customs will be sending you a letter about your package.
For details you will need to contact your local customs administration.
Still no update about my order tracking status for Netherlands!
Your order is arriving to destination customs within 3-5 days after dispatch from origin country.
BUT
You will not be seeing any update before Netherlands Customs begins processing your order. At this step PostNL will not still be updated and that’s why you cannot see an update on tracking details.
When will my tracking status of order for Netherlands will be updated?
First of all, you should know that your order is TOBACCO.
As we stated during the completion of your order on checkout section, all customers must be aware of their local customs laws before place an order.
When Netherlands Customs begins processing your order there are two possibilities;
• Netherlands Customs begins processing your order and its cleared successfully (Package passes customs without any problem.) and handled to local transfer center for delivery to you (This period takes 5-30 days and depending on customs workload and speed. This period is completely beyond our control).
After clearance from customs PostNL is updated and you will be able to track your order. It will be delivered soon.
• Netherlands Customs begins processing your order, but it cannot pass (According to Netherlands Customs law tax or some other situation might cause it).
If this happens, your order tracking status will be updated as “Unsuccessful item delivery attempt“.
Netherlands Customs will contact you about your package.
For details you will need to contact your local customs administration.
The status of my order shows as "Return to Sender". What should I do?
Orders may also be subject to customs problems and some countries’ customs don’t accept tobacco products and mark as “Return to Sender. Item contains prohibited contents”. So your order will be rejected and returned. Please read Return Policy for details.
I want to cancel my paid order. How can i do it?
When we accept payment, we start to shipment process within 1 day.
So, if customer wants to cancel paid order should contact us via email before shipment.
Your request will be done asap.
Please note that;
If the customer does not contact within 1 day and order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
